Bobbie Standefer

Project Manager

Bobbie Allison-Standefer is the Project Manager and Development Director of Heartland Ranch and Arena. She successfully wrote a grant as Chattanooga Schools PTA Council President and led a campaign to pilot Character Education programming in three inner city elementary schools. Character Education was later adopted by Hamilton County Schools as regular curriculum. Bobbie has also been successful in coordinating events, fundraisers, marketing and public relations for various nonprofits. Having held many leadership and board positions, she wanted to put her experience to work helping the underserviced and neediest, "those children at the bottom of the food chain." Bobbie has served on many boards serving children and youth. She joined Debbie and Rick Honeycutt in the organization, programming and development of Heartland Ranch and Arena. Bobbie also has been in the insurance business with her brother, Hollis Allison, as a Certified Senior Advisor for seniors wanting to do estate and advanced planning. She lead workshops on Advanced Planning and Long Term Care for the North Georgia Health Link. Bobbie coordinated the first GO!FEST for the mayor's office in Chattanooga which highlighted abilities and inclusion for all abilities. Among her most prized honors is an Honorary Life Membership in the National PTA given to her for her work to better the lives of children. She was also nominated last year for the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce Athena award given to women who promote women and their causes and makes a positive impact in the community.
